Questioning your sexuality
Whatever your sexuality it can help to talk to people who are going through the same thing. If you are under 25 and you think you might be gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender (transgender is used to describe people whose sense of themselves as a male or female differs from what they were born as – so they feel that their birth gender is not quite right) or just questioning your sexuality and could do with some advice there's a group in the Wakefield district called Fruitbowl.
Fruitbowl provides a place to meet like-minded people, new friends and get advice. It's a completely confidential service and the group get together once a week. You can contact Sally the Fruitbowl youth development worker by:

Yorkshire MESMAC is one of the oldest and largest sexual health organisations in the country. Their work involves HIV prevention, sexual health promotion with gay and bisexual men as well as work with the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities. You can contact the Wakefield branch by:
