Condom class

Tear one corner of the foil wrapper and squeeze the opposite end to remove the condom. Although strong, condoms can be torn by sharp fingernails or jewellery, so take extra care when handling them.

Hold the teat end to squeeze the air out (excess air trapped inside can cause the condom to break) and when the penis is erect and before it has touched anyone else, gently unroll the condom to the base of the penis. The condom can be put on by yourself or your partner.

Keep squeezing the teat end all the time you are unrolling the condom making sure the roll is on the outside.  If it won’t roll down the condom might be on the wrong way.  Just take it off and start again with a new one.  It’s now safe to have sex.

After the man has cum and before the penis becomes soft, withdraw the penis, holding the condom firmly at the base.  When the penis is completely withdrawn, remove the condom, taking care not to spill any semen.

Wrap the condom in a tissue and put it in a bin.
